What is the Minimum Order Quantity at Packaging Point?

Orders can only proceed if there are at least 50 of each size available. You should be informed that product dimensions may have an impact on cost and that buying more may result in lower costs.

What basic details are needed when I request a quote?

For us, to calculate an estimate for your order, we'll need some basic characteristics like your demographics, the product's description (what it is, its dimensions, weight, etc.), the box stock, the company's specifications, and the printing details.

Can I use my own artwork?

Yes, you are welcome to send us your own designs in AI, PDF, or PSD file formats with a minimum resolution of 3000 DPI for both digital and offset printing.

When will my order is expected to be delivered?

Within 10–12 business days, we deliver orders to your door without charging you any delivery fees. We charge reasonable pricing for expedited shipping called ‘Rush Order” and provide top-notch packaging in just three days.

Can I get the reseller discount?

How do you manage returns and refunds?

We accept returns for items with manufacturing flaws or transportation damage. Refunds for defective or damaged products will be processed within 5-7 business days once the product is returned, and they must be informed within 5 business days of receiving the order.
